I’m Kristin Fenwick
Welcome! I am glad you’re here. I am a CO-certified teacher who taught secondary English for 11 years and works closely with our local homeschool community. I hold a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and will graduate with an MA in English Literature from Wichita State University in May 2025. I enjoy reading, gardening, British period dramas, and exploring the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
My husband and I have two teens – a son heading to the Air Force and a daughter graduating in 2025 from our homeschool. We have experienced everything over their educational journeys–public, charter, private, and homeschooling. Each year is unique and each child has his/her own needs.
As in any life, it’s not all roses. I fought a long and difficult battle against chronic Lyme Disease that altered our lives drastically and still lingers in the form of migraines and food allergies.
However, my passion for educational choice and supporting homeschooling families has never wavered. I look forward to encouraging you on your homeschool journey!
