Consults start with preparation and typically progress as follows:

1. Schedule a consultation with me. I will send you an intake form so I can best prepare for our conversation.

2. At our prearranged appointment time, we’ll meet virtually or by phone to discuss your needs and goals in detail. I’ll take notes and send you a follow-up summary of our meeting along with links to any resources I suggest.

3. You will have the opportunity to email any clarifying questions.

If you prefer an email consult (for scheduling or communication preference), that’s an option too. One email is rarely sufficient though, so my package includes 3 detailed responses to your questions and an opportunity to add additional responses. Have one specific question? We can do a single email as well.
